These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Harrington Home Solutions website (the "Site") and all related services, including phone, email, and SMS communications. By accessing the Site or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

1. Use of the Site and Services

Harrington Home Solutions purchases manufactured and mobile homes directly across Pierce County and South King County in Washington state, and works with qualified buyers in the same area. Submitting a form, calling us, or texting us is free and creates no obligation to sell your home, to buy any specific home, or to accept any offer.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with us. You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Harrington Home Solutions (whether through a web form, by phone, or in any other communication), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your inquiry, cash offer, buyer matching, scheduling, paperwork, closing, and other matters reasonably related to the sale or purchase of a home.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typical frequency is fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to text messages you send or receive.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in. Carrier Liability

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers.

3. No Guarantees

Harrington Home Solutions makes every effort to provide accurate and timely cash offers, but we cannot guarantee the timing, amount, or final value of any offer. Offers are based on the information you provide, market conditions, the condition of the home, and other relevant factors. Offers may be withdrawn or revised after a property inspection. Buyer inquiries are added to our match list; we cannot guarantee that a matching home will become available.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, real estate, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making any decision related to the sale or purchase of a manufactured or mobile home.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Harrington Home Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harrington Home Solutions and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
